v1.1 — Hello, Curated. Plus PDF report export and the Playbook Agent.

Market Insights AI became Curated Intelligence™. First shareable PDF reports shipped. Playbook Agent debuted on the new ADK skill architecture.

  • #rebrand
  • #reports
  • #playbooks

For most of 2025 the product was called Market Insights AI. In v1.1 we changed the name to Curated Intelligence™ — and shipped two of the features that would shape the rest of the year.

The rebrand

  • New name — Curated (Curated Intelligence™ for the full product name)
  • New domaingetcurated.ai
  • New brand identity — refreshed color system, refined typography, an "oracle" archetype for the voice
  • New positioning — Curated isn't an "AI tool for map queries." It's a Location Decision Intelligence platform: a place where teams bring hard location questions and leave with answers they can act on, share, and defend.
  • Esri Gold Partner status formalized — confirmed as the partner building conversational AI on ArcGIS at this scale

Nothing changed mechanically about how the product worked on the day of the rebrand — existing prompts, layers, and saved work all kept functioning. What changed is what we call it and how we frame it.

What else shipped

  • PDF report export — first one-click "send the analysis" output. Styled templates, citations included, ready to attach to an email.
  • Playbook Agent — replaces the older rigid playbook system with the new ADK skill architecture. Playbooks are now skills the Playbook Agent assembles dynamically based on the question, rather than scripted decision trees.
  • First SKILL.md playbooks — Site Analysis and Market Analysis ship as the seed playbooks for the new architecture.

Why it mattered

The Market Insights AI name was accurate to the early product — it was, literally, AI for market insights. As the platform grew to cover site selection, portfolio review, energy siting, and government work, "market insights" was a smaller word than the product. Curated describes what the platform actually does: it curates the right data, methodology, and answer for the decision in front of you.

The Playbook Agent shipped alongside the rebrand because it represented the same shift — from "answer one question" to "run a structured workflow that handles the whole decision."
